We all have a style when dealing with another person in business or in our personal lives. There are (4) personality types, and how you utilize your style type has a direct impact on your success at closing business AND at coaching your people.
We all have a Sales Behavior that is driven by our style. You may be good at prospecting, but your sales behavior won't allow you to close well. Or, maybe your bonding & rapport skills are strong, but your ability to question and qualify is weak, and that impacts your closing rate.
Do you know what style YOU have when you're coaching your people? Can you identify THEIR style in order to help them be more effective. Did you know that they have figured you out? How to push and how hard? Do you know what clues you're providiing to those that report to you as to how to handle you?
Have you ever been told --- honestly --- how you are perceived by others? A simple 15 minute assessment taken over the Internet will help you understand how you're seen by others....how you come off on first impressions...how likeable you are! We all have our strengths and weaknesses when it comes to interacting with others. We help you manage your weaknesses and utilize your strengths in the competitive Sales arena. At the end of the day, isn't it about going to the bank more often?

SUCCESS IS A CHOICE...and if you make that choice, we won't let you fail.
In my 20 years in the radio advertising business, I've been exposed to many good and not so good sales training systems. Last fall we increased the size of our sales staff 70% and replaced a few key Account Executives. With almost a completely new staff, I was looking for the right system to build our sales culture on. We chose Sandler Sales because I believe it can have the greatest impact in the shortest amount of time. It's a real world, "non-salesy" system. Other systems rely heavily on theory, but Sandler Sales is about blocking and tackling, gaining control of the call, and ultimately getting the order.
